Return & Refund Policy

Not in love with your new purchase? Please contact our customer service team!  We’d be more than happy to help you sort your issue out and find the best solution for you!

Order Modifications or Cancellation
After your order has been placed, you have 24 hours to contact our customer service team and request order modifications or a cancellation. After 24 hours, your order has already been placed in production and can no longer be modified.

Damaged/Incorrect Order
 we are doing our best to ensure product quality and order accuracy. However,  it may happen that you receive a damaged or incorrect product. Thankfully it is rather unusual! But, if it is the case, we guarantee a 100% satisfaction to all of our customers by offering a free replacement order on the affected item(s).

All we need is your order number and a clear photo showing either the incorrect item, the poor quality of the item or the damaged area of the item. Please contact us by email at sales@theglobexplorer.com and one of our helpful support staff will help you with a replacement or process a refund for you!

Order Not Received
If your item has not arrived within the timeframe promised to you, contact our support team at theglobexplorer@outlook.com for a free replacement order. (Please note this policy excludes errors made by customers when providing incorrect shipping details on their order(s) and/or missed parcel deliveries.)

Returns
You can return your order to get it replaced within 10 days of its delivery as shown on the tracking website. 


To be eligible, you need to send the product UNUSED and in its original packaging. 

NOTE:
We reserve the right to refuse a replacement if the above conditions are not met.

Refunds

We can cancel orders that have not been processed (within 24 hours of when you placed your order) or if the product is not available. Refund does NOT apply if you simply do not like the product.  

Refund Instructions: 

  • Contact support immediately. 
  • Product has to be unopened and unused.
  • It must be within 10 days of receipt. 
  • Pay for return shipping.
  • Send product back to the factory for validation and improvement.
  • Once all completed. A refund will be applied to the same payment method used.

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.
